Mission Statement
At Guenette Performance Academy, we strive to create Student-Athletes of Character who compete at a high level. With a focus on proper baseball instruction, emphasizing fundamentals, work ethic, teamwork, and leadership, and targeting the development of mind, body and spirit, our athletes can reach peak performance in all of their endeavors.
GPA Triangle
GPA’s staff works off of a three phase system. These phases allow for us to target the needs of every player no matter their age. Our three phases are seen as 6th Grade and Under, 7th and 8th Grade, and High School.
Our Winning Philosophy
We believe in sportsmanship first. The sport is the game, and we are all in it together. While we are very competitive, we also strive to support all the competitors as we look to make the sport of baseball great. Our staff work's every day to better ourselves, improve our student-athletes, and to better the game.

1 on 1 personal training, focused on fundamentals, sound technique and maximizing the players skills, at all age levels

GPA Instructors work with the student athletes to focus on skill development, learn how to maximize their skills, incorporate discipline in to their approach, and strive to be their best
Focus on fundamentals
Breaking down the skills needed to excel in baseball, starting with the basics, incorporating the building blocks at the fundamental level, and incorporating incremental add-ons, to accelerate player development
